Your Rights
When it comes to your health information, you have certain rights under Ontario law:

You may request to see or get a copy of your health record. We will provide a copy or summary within 30 days, subject to a reasonable fee.

You may ask us to correct health information that you believe is inaccurate or incomplete. If we deny your request, we will explain why in writing.

You may ask us to contact you in a specific way (for example, only at work or through mail). We will accommodate all reasonable requests.

Our Responsibilities

Cookies and Website Tracking
Our website currently does not use cookies or tracking tools. In the future, if cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels are used, we will update this policy and provide notice to visitors.

We may change the terms of this notice at any time. Updates will apply to all information we hold. The updated version will always be available on our website and in-store.
